Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $300 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods:
Cash, certified check, wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. Paypal preferred for deposit only.
Fees and Taxes:
All sales are subject to Texas VIT (Vehicle Inventory Tax) and a $100.00 Processing fee. Texas Buyers are required to pay applicable sales tax and registration/title transfer fee. Out of State Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes in your state. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Buyer pays all shipping costs:
All shipping concerns are the buyer’s responsibility and should be recognized before bidding on any vehicle. However, we can and will help set up shipping with our recommended shipping company, but ultimately, all shipping details are the buyer’s responsibility.
Fly to pick up:
If you would like to fly into the Dallas/Fort Worth area and drive your new car or motorcycle home, we can arrange for your pick up. Please contact us prior to purchasing your ticket so that we are able to make arrangements to pick you up from the airport. We prefer deliveries to be handled during business hours, but we can be flexible.
Picking up the vehicle yourself
If you live close and would like to pick your motorcycle up yourself we welcome you to do so on weekdays during the office hours of 9-6, and on Saturday 9-5. Our address is 8124 West Freeway Fort Worth, Texas 76108. Please call to confirm delivery before you schedule your pick up.
