We reserve the right to end any listing at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms apply to all of our listings.
How to Reserve Your Vehicle
To secure a vehicle, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance (plus applicable fees and taxes) is due within 7 days. All payments must clear before the vehicle is delivered or released.
Buying Through eBay
If you purchase through one of our eBay auction listings, the eBay auction terms apply: the successful high bidder submits the $500 non-refundable deposit to secure the vehicle, with the remaining balance due within 7 days of the close of the auction. All other terms below apply equally to eBay and direct purchases.

Please note: we do not accept credit cards for full payment of motorcycles or ATVs beyond the $2,000 in-person limit above.
Fees & Taxes
All buyers are subject to the following. Texas buyers pay applicable state sales tax and registration fees in addition:

Good to Know
Federal law requires an odometer reading to be recorded on the title for the first 20 model years of a vehicle's life. In practice, this means vehicles from model year 2010 or older are now exempt and show exempt mileage on the title, regardless of actual mileage or condition. Vehicles from model year 2011 onward carry an actual recorded odometer reading and won't become exempt until they reach 20 years of age.
Shipping
All shipping costs and arrangements are the buyer's responsibility and should be considered before purchasing. We're happy to help coordinate shipping through our recommended carrier, but final shipping details rest with the buyer.
Fly In & Ride Home
We're about a 30-minute to one-hour drive from Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) Airport, depending on traffic. If you'd like to fly in and ride your new motorcycle home, let us know once your travel is booked so we can have everything ready. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also readily available from the airport if you'd prefer to be dropped off. We prefer to handle deliveries during business hours but can be flexible.
